Designed as a companion to the Harvest Shirt, these longline shorts continue the story of fruit as both subject and surface. Painted citrus slices are scattered across the fabric, and variations in colour and texture show how unpredictably paint behaves on organic matter.
The archive interviews are recorded where people actually work, and the relaxed shape draws on the practical clothing of that working life, reinterpreted through contemporary print and proportion. Together, the shirt and shorts speak to the meeting point of agriculture and fashion, two industries connected by material, process and human hands.
