For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or custom variations once an order has been placed.

Every piece passes through a meticulous, multi-level quality control process within our studio to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship.

In the unlikely event that a garment is found to be faulty, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@nehmavitols.com with details and photographs of the issue so we can assist promptly.
